WCC was contracted to provide a clean vanilla box with open layout for prospective tenants. The landlord wanted the building open and bright so the space would be easy to show. WCC completed the project on time and within budget.

The client was happy as the project finished on time and within budget. This state-of-the-art industrial complex offers 177,770 SF of freeway frontage, and flexible industrial space. It totals three buildings consisting of a 101,310 SF, multi-tenant building divisible to 12,000 SF and two single-tenant buildings with generous secured storage yards ranging in size from 31,871 SF to 44,589 SF.
